New Genesis Business Solutions is owned and operated by: Edward K. Houston, Pres/CEO, Robert D. Port, Federal Account Manager, Marilyn F. Hall Executive Assistant, Kimoni Howard, Operations/Office Manager, Kevin Williams, Project Manager, and Sandra K. Wilson, Senior Energy Field Development Specialist. Their efficiency will allow them to closely manage and interact with clients and their employees.

New Genesis Organization, LLC officially began in 2006. The company operates under the Trade Name of New Genesis Business Solutions. The Limited Liability Company was created on August 1, 2006, and is owned by its President and Chief Executive Officer Edward K. Houston. The company headquarters is based in Laurel Maryland.
New Genesis Organization currently holds certification as a Department of Transportation (MDOT), MBE/DBE, State of Maryland, Small Business Reserve (SBR), State of Maryland.
Howard County Maryland MBE. New Genesis is also a Small Women and/or Minority Owned (SWaM) in the Commonwealth of Virginia. New Genesis also currently holds a OWMBE Certification in the State of Delaware.
New Genesis Organiation is recognized by the Center for Veteran Enterprise (CVE) as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB).
